House League Skills and Drills Registration
Registration is now closed.
House League – Skills, Drills and Competitive Challenges
WHEN: 10 week sessions, Saturday and Sundays – January 16th – April 3rd
No programs will run during March Break.
LOCATION: The Playground East (formerly known as the Spiplex)
Athletes will be divided by age/grade, but not necessarily by gender. It will depend upon registration numbers. Spots are limited.
Sessions will consist of physical distanced skills and drills only.
There will be no game play, scrimmages or 1v1 defensive drills.
We are still planning on having small structured teams and skills competitions – results will be posted weekly
Each court will consist of 14 players and 2 coaches (3 courts = 48 people)
We will also have a lead coach, and a Covid Protocol Manager.
All sessions will be 45mins in length to allow 15 minutes for cleaning and managing flow of traffic between sessions.
All participants will be required to fill out a Google Form Health Screening Survey the day of their session (before arriving at the venue).
Any participant that answers yes to one of the health screening questions will not be allowed to participate. Should they show up, they will be turned away and asked to go back home.
All participants and spectators* must wear a mask entering and exiting the facility. Athletes may only take their masks off at their designated court. (All coaches will wear masks the entire time, kids may keep their mask on if they desire.)
*Spectators will not be allowed into the facility. We will make exceptions for players who are young and require a parent, or for players who need extra assistance. In these specific instances only one spectator per player will be allowed to enter the facility.
All athletes must have PYBA Assumption of Risk Waivers and OBA Assumption of Risk waivers completed.
All athletes must complete Rowan’s Law certification.
For questions and concerns, please reach out to our House League Coordinator – Jami Sanftleben
Should we need to shut down because of COVID restrictions, we will refund all unused gym-time costs. We will not be able to refund any fixed costs (i.e. insurance, ball fee, shirt costs).
